Requirements

Engage in all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely. Participate in preventive maintenance programs, assist with vendors and contractors. Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members.

Strictly maintain the highest level of professionalism and decorum.

Specific Job Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Must be able to carry 35–50 lbs. up to 200 ft.
• Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push, and pull.
