Our SpringHill Suites Anaheim Maingate is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and independent Part-Time Maintenance Engineer to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team, you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns". Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing the team
• Support the maintenance department's budget needs
• Assist in developing sustainability programs
• Contribute to the execution of the annual CapEx plans
• Manage preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure all SOPs are followed and safety standards are upheld

Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Trade certifications highly preferred
• Excellent guest service, computer, and communication skills required (verbal, written, electronic)
