Job summary

Kroger Denver plant is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead effective maintenance execution across plant and external properties. You will optimize PM programs, manage spares, scheduling and budgets, and guide a technical team to enhance Safety, Quality and Reliability.

Responsibilities include leading overhauls, coordinating with planning, inventory, and maintenance purchasing, and driving RCA/DMAIC improvements with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering or equivalent technical manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• 2+ years of maintenance engineer experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within a technical team.
• Proficient with CMMS, AutoCAD, Visio and MS Projects.
• RCA training or equivalent; DMAIC/Kaizen experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimize scope and timeline for equipment overhauls.
• Develop execution plans, manpower and schedules for overhauls and shutdowns without supervision.
• Lead interactions with planning/scheduling, inventory control and maintenance purchasing teams.
• Analyze PM program condition and prioritize gaps; manage PM program for all equipment, building and facilities via CMMS.
• Oversee PM review process of critical assets; analyze ROI of changes.
