Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Horseshoe Tunica is seeking a Level II Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems across the property.

The role requires hands-on experience, ability to work independently under supervision, and to assist in training Level I staff; candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English, and be prepared for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in at least two of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing or telephone systems.
• Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics.
• Welding of electrical, structural, or building discipline is highly desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work well with coworkers and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building mechanical systems and equipment.
• Operate and repair energy management equipment.
• Operate life safety systems in public areas and guest rooms.
• Work independently under general supervision of Lead Maintenance Engineer.
• Assist in training Level I Maintenance Engineers.
