As Engineer II- Maintenance, you support daily facilities operations, perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across the property, and work independently while coordinating with senior engineers when needed. This role emphasizes safety, guest service, and hands-on technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related mechanical systems under minimal supervision or in coordination with senior engineers
• Conduct routine inspections of key operational areas (e.g., central plant, refrigeration, elevators, lighting, restrooms, exhaust fans, mechanical/electrical rooms), reporting irregularities and assisting with necessary repairs
• Respond to guest room service calls and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
