The role requires 2–5 years in related environments, with HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, light carpentry, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2–5 years in hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional maintenance.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical maintenance skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install mechanical and electrical systems of the hotel.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and activities.
• Diagnose issues and implement fixes to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
