Job summary

Parable Hospitality is seeking a General Maintenance Engineer I for Cambria Hotel Templeton-Paso Robles. You will perform routine maintenance, address guest and team requests, and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building issues across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety, and collaboration with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, engineering, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest and team member maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment and hotel systems operating properly.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for maintenance needs and report issues.
