Lodging Host Hotel Corp is seeking a competent Maintenance Engineer to uphold the smooth operation and upkeep of the Homewood Suites Austin-South/Airport. You will proactively inspect facilities, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure building systems function reliably for guest safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of building systems, attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, heating, etc.).
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• An eye for detail in maintaining guest space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and maintenance needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate projects such as renovations and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to brand quality and health/safety regulations.

Lodging Host Hotel Corp is looking for a competent Maintenance Engineer to maintain our Homewood Suites Austin-South/Airport.You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of upkeep and/or repair of the location. An excellent maintenance engineer must be reliable and have a great eye for detail.
