Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for a food & consumer products facility in west central Iowa. The role leads maintenance execution, improves reliability, and manages plant projects to keep production running smoothly.

You’ll build and strengthen preventive maintenance programs, lead a team, and ensure safety and food-safety standards are met while delivering capital projects with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance or engineering experience
• 2 years leading a team
• Experience in maintenance, engineering and capital projects
• Background in food, beverage, or consumer products manufacturing
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills and CMMS experience
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience

West central small town Iowa | First shift | $115,000–$140,000 base plus bonus

A manufacturing plant is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance execution, improve equipment reliability, and manage plant projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can keep production running while building a stronger preventive maintenance program.

What you’ll own

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance or engineering experience and 2 years leading a team.
• Maintenance, engineering and capital projects experience
• A background in food, beverage, or consumer products manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills and experience with a CMMS
• An engineering degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in meat processing is a plus.
