Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas for needed and preventive maintenance.
• Record and report completed repairs and items needing further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.'
