Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a part-time Maintenance Engineer Coordinator at the Global Operations & Innovation Center GOIC in Wheeling, WV. In this role you will coordinate with outside contractors and in-house staff to keep building operations running smoothly.
The position requires in-office attendance, weekend and evening emergency response, and strong communication of maintenance requests. A High School Diploma is required, some college is desirable.

The Maintenance Engineer Coordinator coordinates on a weekly basis with outside contractors and in-house service personnel performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the GOIC. Provides support and assistance to the Facilities Supervisor of the GOIC as well as other departmental employees. Performs a variety of duties to ensure that the building operations function smoothly.

The expected salary range for this position is between $25,000 and $41,200.
