Job summary

SLB seeks a Maintenance Engineer located in South Louisiana to improve asset reliability and COSD. The role focuses on CI initiatives, failure investigations, and maintenance workflow improvements within the GeoUnit/location.

Recent graduates (<2 years) with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and experience with completions tools, packers, gauges, and SCSSVs, plus Lean Six Sigma techniques, are encouraged to apply. Must have legal right to work in the United States.

• Experience in completions tools, packers, gauges, and SCSSVs; Lean Six Sigma techniques.
• Recent graduate <2 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop initiatives and improvement plans to improve asset utilization, reliability, and COSD.
• Identify, implement, and drive CI efforts to improve asset TAT and reduce downtime.
• Support failure investigations to identify and eliminate root causes within location with reliability teams.
