Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns
• Paint, replace electrical accessories, maintain HVAC systems
• Check fixtures, lighting, signs; maintain spare parts and bulbs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Complete work orders efficiently
• Conduct daily rounds, identify and report issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years in hotel maintenance preferred
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical, electrical, or technical disciplines preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to exceed guest and team expectations
• Excellent time management
