Job summary

Topbrassdallas is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the hotel’s facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards. The role focuses on daytime shifts, carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and documentation to support guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include repairs, upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, and participation in property-improvement projects. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and independent work are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• PTAC experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work primarily daytime shifts.
