Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work primarily daytime shifts.
