Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or automation) within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience with CMMS systems for work orders, spare parts, and equipment history; solid Excel skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics and communicate clearly with technicians and management.

You'll also be a driver of continuous improvement, turning data and hands-on insight into smarter maintenance practices that support Danfoss' long-term operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Plan, prepare, and schedule maintenance work with clear work orders, tools, and spare parts to minimize production disruption.
• Analyze equipment failures and maintenance data to identify root causes, improve MTBF/MTTR, and drive reliability improvements.
• Support new equipment projects by defining maintenance requirements, participating in commissioning, and establishing maintenance plans.
• Manage maintenance systems and documentation to ensure accurate data, standardized procedures, and strong PM compliance.
