Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a versatile maintenance technician skilled in carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical work to upkeep guest rooms and public areas. You will be responsible for performing high-quality maintenance tasks and ensuring safety standards are met across the property.

Shifts are Wednesday-Sunday 11am-7pm, with duties that mix indoor and outdoor work. You will handle a variety of tasks and must deliver timely fixes to keep the hotel running smoothly for guests

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical work.
• Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment.
• General maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• This position will be inside hotel rooms or outside on the grounds of the property.
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services.
• Perform work in a timely manner.
• There will always be something different needing to be maintained or fixed, so you will have a variety in this position.

Job Summary

Do you consider yourself skilled in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems?

We are looking for an individual that has an array of skills to do general maintenance at our hotel. We will keep you busy and if you prefer working on projects by yourself, this job is for you. The shifts are Wednesday-Sunday 11am-7pm.
