Link Technical Talent is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Newport News, VA, offering a 4-on, 4-off schedule with a choice of days (6am–6pm) or nights (6pm–6am). Salary range is $80,000–$100,000 plus training, progression, and a 20% differential for night shift.

You will lead hands-on maintenance, train operators, troubleshoot large production fixtures, and support on-site customers. This role provides long-term job security and specialist training with a committed employer.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance background with hands-on mechanical skills
• Ability to train operators and transfer knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities
• On-site customer support experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Train operators to run equipment safely and efficiently
