Walsworth in Ripon, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment, following diagrams, operation manuals and specifications.

You will troubleshoot equipment, dismantle components, inspect parts for wear, and replace defective parts while ensuring safety and quality on a fast-paced production floor. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with ability to work 1st shift day hours.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow instructions.
• Experience with MaintainX is a plus.

Job Details: Job Location: Ripon - Ripon, WI 54971, Position Type: Hourly - Production, Job Shift: 1st Shift- Day, Job Summary: As Maintenance – Technician, you will perform a wide variety of duties to repair and maintain production equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications.

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot equipment to locate cause of issue.
• Dismantle equipment to gain access to defective parts.
• Examine form and texture of part to detect imperfections.
• Inspect used part to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Repair and replace defective parts.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions.
• Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures and other related materials.
• Ability to learn computer applications such as MaintainX.
• Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.
