Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Electrician to maintain, repair and improve packaging and process machinery and site utilities in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include reducing downtime, troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, creating CMMS work orders, performing Preventive Maintenance, and reading manuals/blueprints. Strong English communication and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years industrial maintenance electrical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Electrical Code and NFPA 70E required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and improve packaging and process equipment and site utilities.
• Minimize breakdowns and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Prepare work orders using CMMS; perform PMs and support PdM activities.
• Read blueprints, manuals and technical bulletins; report progress to supervisor.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure safety and efficiency.
