Job summary

Vylor Inc. is hiring an on-site Electrical Maintenance role at Corteva’s St. Joseph, IL location. The job requires journeyman electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to operate and repair complex plant equipment. You will support safety programs, perform inspections, and drive continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes safety, OT availability during peaks, and collaboration with teams. A strong tech aptitude and PLC exposure are valued assets for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification and experience required.
• Ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Willing to drive company vehicle and use MS Office tools.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new applications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment—electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections per guidelines.
• Support electrical safety program and compliance with OSHA/PSM requirements.
• Recommend improvements to electrical programs and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
