Job summary
Vylor, Inc. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to operate and maintain our facility equipment on-site at Corteva in St. Joseph, Illinois.
You will perform electrical repairs, inspections, and contribute to safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires NEC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work with automation systems. Qualifications
- Journeyman electrical experience required.
- Familiarity with the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a team; adaptable to overtime and shift work.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices).
- Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting, and inspections.
- Support electrical safety program and regulatory compliance (OSHA, PSM).
- Recommend improvements to safety and process equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
