Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a skilled electrical technician for on-site work at Corteva’s facility in St. Joseph, Illinois. You will operate and maintain complex electrical systems, perform repairs and inspections, and uphold safety and quality programs to ensure reliable production.

Qualified candidates will have a Journeyman Electrician license, NEC knowledge, and experience with SAP/work orders. Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician with NEC knowledge.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
Able to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
Proficient with Microsoft Office and learn new applications.
Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays during seasonal peaks.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control equipment.
Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting and inspections.
Support electrical safety program to ensure compliance.
Adhere to safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Suggest improvements to electrical systems and equipment.
Various other duties as assigned.
