Carrier Climate Solutions Residential has an onsite opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician 2nd shift in a unionized environment. Under general supervision, the Maintenance Electrician maintains and repairs both electronic and electro-mechanical designed systems.

Typical equipment includes meters, control panels, motors, relays, and safety devices. The role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and passing the Carrier Electrician

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of industrial experience as a Maintenance Electrician.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Read, write and pass Carrier Electrician Qualification test.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair equipment.
• Maintain calibration records and parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Replace components like relays, thermostats, motors.
• Lay out wiring for machine installations.
• Follow safety rules and report spills.
