Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance OR journeyman program (8,000 hours).
• Familiarity with VFDs and basic programming or diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment to replace components.
• Adjust machinery to optimize performance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Create and document work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve line efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
• Support continuous improvement of equipment reliability.
