Resilient Structures in St. George, UT seeks a full-time Maintenance Electrician to keep production lines running. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, repair automated equipment, and maintain industrial systems to minimize downtime.

You'll diagnose PLC-controlled machinery, work with VFDs and servo systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs in CMMS. Join a team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Industrial Electrician Journeyman Certification is required.
• 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery, VFDs, servo systems, and controls.
• Knowledge of 480V/3-Phase AC, 230V/3-Phase AC, 120V/Single-Phase and 24V/12V control circuits.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic; diagnose issues.

WHAT DOES YOU DAY ENTAIL AS OUR MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN?

You’ll serve as a critical part of the maintenance team by troubleshooting electrical issues, repairing automated production equipment, and maintaining industrial systems that keep operations running efficiently. You’ll diagnose PLC-controlled machinery, work with VFDs and servo systems, complete preventive maintenance activities, and use CMMS software to track repairs and inspections. You’ll also partner with engineering and maintenance teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and new equipment installations while helping maintain a safe, reliable facility.

SKILLS WE’D LIKE TO SEE

We’re looking for a Maintenance Electrician that can work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday while meeting the following qualifications:

• Industrial Electrician Journeyman Certification
• 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment, industrial controls, and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including: 480V 3-Phase AC;230V 3-Phase AC;120V Single-Phase AC;24VDC and 12VDC control systems
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic instruments
• Experience with servo systems, VFD programming, motor controls, and industrial networking
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, ladder logic, panel layouts, and control drawings
• Understanding of mechanical systems, power transmission, bearings, conveyors, and alignment techniques
• Working at Heights certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, and stand for long periods
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems is highly desirable
• Controls, instrumentation, and automation experience preferred
• Forklift and aerial lift certification is preferred
• Overhead crane certification is an asset
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting; Siemens PLC experience is highly preferred
