Job summary

Lignetics, INC. in Seymour, MO is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a full-time AM shift, Monday to Friday. Compensation is $40-$42 per hour DOE, with a pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities include inspecting electrical systems, troubleshooting faults, reading blueprints, testing with oscilloscopes, voltmeters and ohmmeters, and performing maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of the facility. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English to read/interpret LOTO protocols and manuals.
• Sufficient English verbal skills to report machine malfunctions, near-misses, or unsafe floor conditions.
• Role near fast-moving equipment requires clear English safety signage.

• This role operates in the immediate vicinity of fast-moving, heavy automated equipment. Clear, real-time communication and strict adherence to English-language safety signage are mandatory for workplace safety.
• High degree of manual dexterity with good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to grasp and hold objects.
• Capable of climbing ladders and working at various heights on platforms or lifts.
• Ability to walk for frequent extended periods, sometimes on uneven surfaces
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing ladders and lifting.
