What Your Impact Will Be:

• Operate & maintain electrical equipment, including generators, electrical panels, lighting fixtures, and related equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems, evaluate conditions, identify repairs, and recommend preventative maintenance.
• Complete corrective and preventive work orders.
• Inspect Fire/Life/Safety systems and coordinate repairs.
• Support contractors with T.I.'s and new construction.
• Maintain logs and documentation.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Respond to emergency situations during and after hours.
• Complete work as per grade level requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other similar responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Three years of industrial/commercial electrician experience.
• Experience with AC voltages from 12VAC to 480VAC, single and three-phase systems.
• Understanding of basic electronics and programming.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Ability to disassemble and replace machine parts.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and catalogs.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.
• Routine maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with focus and good time management.
• Knowledge of computer software for work orders and emails.
• Adherence to safety procedures and PPE use.

The base hourly rate is $45.42. Actual rate depends on location, skills, and experience.
