Job Details

Summary: This role involves high-level troubleshooting and repair of machines and systems, supporting engineering and plant staff with system specifications, installation, and modifications. The technician will ensure food safety, quality, and legality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-high school training, such as an Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field, or equivalent experience including skilled trades or military training.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in automation or industrial maintenance, with knowledge of electrical safety, lockout/tagout, PLC systems, and microprocessors.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Windows software (Excel, Word), documentation, research, and SAP Maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, management, officials, and vendors.
  • Special Skills: Critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of electrical systems, electronic devices, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Inventory management skills are also required.

Additional Details: No supervisory responsibilities. Travel of 1-5 trips per year. No relocation assistance. Work shift: 2nd shift. Must complete additional application steps for hourly roles.
