James Free Jewelers - Official Rolex Jeweler is seeking a Maintenance and Driver to handle general maintenance at both Dayton and Cincinnati locations. The role includes regular deliveries between stores using a company van and is based at the Dayton location.

The ideal candidate will perform minor repairs, upkeep, and liaise with outside service providers. A valid driver's license, bondability, and plan for lifting up to 60 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Minor repairs including plumbing.
• General upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
• Furniture assembly.
• Painting and general appearance upkeep.
• Changing furnace filters as needed.
• Deliveries between Dayton and Cincinnati locations.
• Maintain the company van (wash, vacuum, etc.).
• Liaison to outside service providers: tradesmen, inspectors, etc.
• Deliveries to clients and errands for general supplies.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping tasks.

Building Maintenance

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Minor repairs including plumbing.
• General upkeep.
• Furniture assembly.
• Painting.
• Changing furnace filters.
• Deliveries between two store locations.
• Lot/Landscaping:
• Blowing off lot.
• Salting entryways during winter.
• Spraying for weeds & fertilizing flowers.
• Ensuring store grounds are free from trash/debris.
• Cleaning showroom vents.
• Running Errands for general supplies.
• Deliveries to Clients.
• Van Maintenance: i.e. car wash, vacuuming inside, etc.
• Liaison to outside service providers: i.e. tradesmen, inspectors, etc.
