CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the on-site maintenance team at our Kentucky community. You will manage daily operations, oversee make-readies, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive maintenance and safety programs.
Strong leadership, hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, plus preventative maintenance expertise are essential. Yardi, Office, and industry certifications are preferred; some travel within metro areas may be required.

Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, maintenance shops, construction areas, mechanical equipment, noise, dust, chemicals, and other conditions associated with maintenance operations.
Requires frequent walking of apartment communities, including climbing stairs and accessing maintenance, mechanical, and outdoor areas. Position involves standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to inspect property conditions, operate office and maintenance-related equipment, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
