Qualifications

Join Our Team as Maintenance Director at Shorepointe

Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director for our Shorepointe Nursing Care Center. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the operations of the Maintenance Department.

Your duties include ensuring the community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner by overseeing preventative and contractual care of the facilities, maintaining strong relations with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality work, and adhering to budgetary needs. You will also assist in managing construction projects.

Working Conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 300 lbs. using appropriate lifting devices
  • Ability to climb and work off of extension ladders

Requirements
