Job summary

Harmar Place in Marietta, OH, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Director to ensure the building operates as expected within a long-term care setting. The successful candidate will lead a maintenance team, manage the preventive maintenance schedule, and maintain the reliability of all building systems, equipment, and machinery.

Harmar Place, a newly acquired long term care facility in Marietta, OH is currently seeking an experienced, strong and dedicated Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the building operates as expected.

The successful candidate will be experienced in facility maintenance management, be dedicated to ensuring the facility maintenance schedule is adhered to as well as ensuring that all facility machinery and systems are operating as expected. The successful candidate will also exhibit behaviors such as excellent communication skills, ability to lead a team and a vast knowledge of systems and machinery related to an established nursing facility.
