Maintenance Director – Executive Leadership Role in Manufacturing

A large, fast-paced manufacturing facility is adding a Maintenance Director to its executive team. This newly created, hands-on role will focus on improving operations and supporting the plant floor. Must be comfortable being on-site and leading by example.

What You’ll Need
  • Experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • Strong vendor management and communication skills
  • Able to write and implement SOPs to improve safety, quality, and productivity
  • CapEx budgeting and project experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, PLCs, electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting systems
  • Familiar with LOTO, HACCP, PPE, and OSHA standards
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Excellent communication in a diverse team environment
