About the Role:

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping operations, including:

• Overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Developing and implementing maintenance and housekeeping policies and procedures
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues

Requirements:
