Maintenance Director - Full-Time All Shifts

Position Summary

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the center and maintenance budget. Duties include preventative maintenance and repairs inside and outside the center to ensure a safe, attractive, and orderly environment for residents, employees, and visitors. Conduct routine tests and inspections on systems such as emergency generators, sprinkler systems, door alarms, call light systems, hood/duct systems, and hot water systems. Responsible for fire drills and updating fire and disaster preparedness plans.

Position Requirements
  • At least 2 years of prior maintenance experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Satisfactory driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
  • No record of Reckless Driving or DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years
  • Competence in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plastering, and painting
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work on-call
