Summary of positionResponsible for overall maintenance of the center and maintenance budget. Duties include preventative maintenance and repairs inside and outside the center providing a safe, attractive and orderly environment for the benefit, use, enjoyment and protection of residents, employees and center visitors. Conducts routine tests, inspections on center system such as emergency generator, sprinkler systems, door alarms, call light system, hood/duct system and hot water systems. Responsible for fire drills, and initiating/updating the fire and disaster preparedness plans.
