Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC in Ghent, NY seeks a maintenance professional to operate and maintain facility equipment, keeping spaces in good repair and ensuring orderly storage. You will handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks, move large equipment, maintain grounds, and run errands.

A valid driver's license is required. The role follows a Preventative Maintenance schedule, participates in regulatory inspections, and supports quality improvement while upholding the facility's mission

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience required.
• Prior experience in maintenance or as Maintenance Director preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
• Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
• Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
• Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
• Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle.
• Follow a Preventative Maintenance schedule to ensure the proper care and functioning of essential equipment in the facility.
• Participates in inspections (surveys) conducted by authorized agencies.
• Participates in quality assurance and improvement processes within the facility.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
