Qualifications

  • Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hospital or nursing home.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description

We need a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team in the Dayton, OH Area. You'll be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work and report directly to the Facility Administrator.

Salary Range: $52,000 to $58,000 Per Year

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance assignments to maintain high standards throughout Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
  2. Coordinating maintenance tasks with other members of the maintenance and environmental services team.
  3. Ensuring compliance with building and equipment standards, and documenting equipment inspections according to local, state, and federal regulations.
  4. Managing a campus of 200+ residents, including Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with basic hand tools.
  • Knowledge of building equipment, codes, and systems.
  • The ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Facility maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience is strongly preferred.
  • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
