Arden Courts Kensington is hiring a Maintenance Director (Building Services Coordinator)

This position oversees daily activities and personnel within your service area. It involves direct contact with residents and families, requiring tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. Responsibilities include maintaining the physical plant, equipment, and grounds; recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing staff; and managing supplies and equipment.

Job Requirements
