Job Description:

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Warminster (located in Hatboro) is hiring a Maintenance Director (Building Services Coordinator).

In this hands-on position, you oversee day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. The Building Services Coordinator/Maintenance Director will maintain the interior and exterior physical plant, equipment, and grounds. You will recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop housekeeping and building services staff. Additionally, you will purchase, account for, and track housekeeping and building services supplies and equipment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: High School Diploma
  2. Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
  3. Years of Experience: 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs as required to ensure resident comfort and safety, preventive maintenance of building, and ground maintenance.
  4. Physical Demands: Requires the physical ability to climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary to perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
