Arden Courts Fair Oaks (located in Fairfax) is hiring a Maintenance Director

In this hands-on position, you oversee day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. You will interact regularly with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction, requiring tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. The Building Services Coordinator/Maintenance Director maintains the interior and exterior physical plant, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and developing housekeeping and building services staff, as well as purchasing, accounting for, and tracking supplies and equipment.
