Salary Range : $58,000-$72,800

Sign on Bonus-$5,000

Shift Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Manager on Duty Weekend Rotation

We are looking for someone (like you):

• Keep Quality Consistent: Ensure the physical building and grounds are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Be a Maintenance Manager: Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Be a Community Builder: Maintain resident satisfaction with the community and their apartments, addressing requests promptly.
• Be a Safety Scout: Prioritize safety for employees, guests, and residents, addressing potential hazards and emergencies.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• HVAC certification and experience highly recommended.
• Knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, flooring, refurbishing; landscaping experience is a plus.
• At least two years of maintenance experience in apartments or similar, with supervisory experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds frequently.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, using ladders, and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• Good health verified by a recent health screening, including TB testing.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience in senior housing preferred.
• Leadership, supervision skills, and knowledge of OSHA regulations required.
