Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead all facility maintenance operations, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain essential systems. This full‑time role requires oversight of staff, contractors, and preventative programs to support high‑quality resident care.
Ideal candidates will have at least four years in maintenance within healthcare settings, strong knowledge of boilers, HVAC, and electrical/plumbing systems, and preferably HVAC
