Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to maintain the smooth running of building maintenance and to support patient care. You will lead upkeep programs and coordinate repairs, ensuring systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety codes operate reliably.

The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and a solid knowledge of NFPA life-safety standards to keep the facility compliant and safe for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Healthcare building operations experience (preferred).
• General plumbing/electrical skills.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• General knowledge in utilizing tools.
• Knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the building maintenance program and coordinate repairs.
• Perform general daily repairs (doors, lights, patching, etc.).
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, security, fire, electrical, and elevator systems.

• Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance

• NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc.
