Job summary

Bridge Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance and housekeeping activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, while upholding Bridge Senior Living’s high quality of care and safety standards. The role includes supervising staff, planning and budgeting, coordinating with Resident services, and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• First Aid and CPR Certification preferred.
• At least 3 years work experience as a Maintenance in the senior living or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor status of building and grounds; plan for needed maintenance, repair, supplies, and equipment.
• Administer the Property/Community Risk Management Procedure Plan.
• Direct staff project assignments within budget and on schedule, adhering to quality and safety.
• Develop and monitor departmental budget, forecasts and staffing plan.
• Develop methods for coordination of the departments’ services with other Resident services, to ensure the continuity of the Residents' total regimen of care.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate activities of maintenance, housekeeping and safety in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines.
