AVIR Health Group in Texas is seeking a qualified Maintenance Director who is resident, family focused, a team builder, and excited about shaping a positive facility culture. You will lead a team to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe, efficient manner in line with federal, state, and local standards.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience; nursing home exposure and supervisory skills are preferred.

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
