The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience, supervisory capabilities, and knowledge of nursing home standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong corporate support and opportunities to influence facility culture.

• Previous maintenance experience required.

• Ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
