What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and building codes. You will maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and safe condition, ensuring all systems (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling) are in good repair and hazard-free. This role also includes overseeing laundry services.
