Outcome HC is seeking a Maintenance Director for our Independent Living Building, Myers Apartments on the King David Campus in Beachwood, OH. You will oversee community operations, supervise departments, and manage preventative maintenance to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance experience, and availability to respond to emergencies; on-site required in Beachwood, OH.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years of maintenance experience (preferably in Senior Living/Multi-Unit Housing/Healthcare).
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in past three years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations, department supervision, preventative maintenance and general upkeep for residents.
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance, repairs and housekeeping of the community.

Your primary responsibilities will include Community operations oversight, Department Supervision, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED
• Three to four years of maintenance experience (preferably in Senior Living/Multi-Unit Housing/Healthcare)
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Valid and applicable state drivers’ license and no major driving violations for the past three years

Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibilities will include Community operations oversight, Department Supervision, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents
• Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise Maintenance and Housekeeping department staff in accordance with company.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping services and activities with other departments
• Flexibility to remain on-call 24 hours per day, including evenings and weekends to respond to emergencies if needed
